All foreigners who wish to visit Vietnam are required Vietnam entry visas except for citizens of countries having bilateral agreements on visa exemption with Vietnam such as most ASEAN countries, Korea, Japan, Russian Federation and Scandinavian countries (see the list of Vietnam Visa Exemption).

VISA ON ARRIVAL

This is most likely the easiest way to obtain your visa without having to chase down embassies, consulates and the like prior  to your trip, and is a valid alternative when applying for a tourist visa. After we obtain the approval for you, we will forward you a copy by fax or email. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam immigration checkpoints at International Airports only, so that when you arrive in Viet Nam, the Immigration officers will have those documents on hand and will be able to issue your entry visa expediently.The entry visa will be stamped on your passport as you pass through our immigration checkpoint. Though valid for thirty days at least, it can be extended once you enter Viet Nam. With this type of visa, you only can enter the country by air.

“Visa approval letter” is a letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Government) allows you enter and exit Vietnam for a given time period. With the approval letter, you can pick up your visa at one out of three international airports in Vietnam.
Before issuing an approval letter, the Immigration Dept checks and screens your application very strictly, so there is NO CASE that you will be REJECTED at Vietnam airport when you have an approval letter in hand.

Stamping fee (as seen on our price list) is the fee you have to pay in cash directly at Vietnam airport when you pick up your visa there.
- $25USD for single entry visa from 1 month to 3 month visa
- $50USD for multiple entry visa from 1 month to 3 month visa.
Since No credit cards are accept to pay for that fee, you will need to prepare some cash either in USD or VND.

Procedures:
In order to apply for a tourist visa online and pick up your visa at Vietnam airports, the following information is required:
* Your name on passport: it is your full name appears on your passport, name order is not important, so you can place either surname first or first name first.
* Your date of birth: in Vietnam, the date format will be DD/MM/YYYY
* Your Nationality or passport: the passport you are using to enter Vietnam (UK, US or Australian)
* Your passport number: as shown on your passport and should be valid for 6 months at least from the date of arrival.
* Date of arrival: it is not necessarily exact, you can fill in with proposed date of arrival, however, please be advised that you can just enter Vietnam later not earlier.
* Photos: photos are required at Vietnam airport only.

Procedures at Vietnam airport.
Upon arrival at Vietnam’s airport, expect a simple form to fill in. Please remember to bring at least 2 photos of passport regulation size (4 cm x 6 cm), 25 USD for stamp fees per person (1 month single) and 15 minutes waiting time.

TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD
According to Vietnam’s legal regulations, the Foreigner if temporarily living in Vietnam for at least 01 year should have the certificate of temporary residence issued by the authorized immigration management agency of the Ministry of Public Security.
The certificate of temporary residence is valid from 01 year to 03 years. The holder of temporary residence certificate will be exempted from visa for exiting and entering during the certificate validity.

Applicable for:

1.Member of the Management Board, Member Council and Operation Board (General Director or Board of Directors);

2.Director of the branch, representative office of a Vietnam-based overseas businessperson;

3.The foreigner whose work permit is valid at least 01 year;

Documents required:
- 04 photos of 3 x 4 cm; photographed from the front, with head wearing nothing, face and ears being clear, not wearing glasses and the photos not exceeding 01 year old;

- 01 copy of effective passport, immigration card (the originals should be attached for reference);

- 01 copy (the originals should be attached for reference) of the certificate which details the purpose of staying in Vietnam (including one(s) of the following certificates, depending on specific case:
Investment license, license on enterprise establishment, work permit, certificate of member of Management Board, license on representative office establishment, marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc).

- In addition, the old temporary residence certificate should be also submitted. If the old certificate is coverted to new certificate due to change of passport number; the accompanies (wife, children, etc), if already provided with temporary residence certificate, will not be required to submit the documents detailing the purpose of staying in Vietnam.
